POMA thanks WildSide Management, a division of Fishing the WildSide, and Michael Finé for assisting the organization with the initial management duties and the Cornerstone and Charter Membership campaigns. WildSide is working with POMA to ensure a smooth transition of management duties.

“WildSide has been good friend to POMA – a true Cornerstone Member,” said Betty Lou Fegely, POMA chairman/president. “Now it’s time for POMA to take the first step in the process of managing the daily responsibilities of the organization as we head into a new phase in POMA’s development.”

The POMA Board of Directors based its decision on prudent management of the organization’s finances and POMA’s ability to meet membership services needs.

The Board has asked Laurie Lee Dovey to assume the daily management responsibilities. Dovey will step down from her position on the Board of Directors and as Secretary/Treasurer to serve as the organization management executive. Jim Casada will assume the vacated position of Secretary /Treasurer.

Dovey will work directly with the Board, Chairman Fegely, committee chairs and industry representatives to ensure continued organizational growth and enhanced membership services.
